  • 2009
    In 2009 we created CERS which would be the germ of the current LAIA-Digital. We conducted an ACD in Social Networks based on the Twitter messaging platform, using crawlers to organize the type of Keywords based on user interests.
  • 2011
    In 2011, at the beginning of the digital transformation with the first sectors demanding these initiatives, we created the Digital Consultancy (OSCE) with a focus on digital transformation projects in Banking and Insurance, as well as advice on digital strategies and UX.
  • 2014
    We developed CASIUS, a technology that is implemented in the services of Telefónica of Spain. This development had a dispatcher model for queue management and work distribution in an intelligent way in digital lead capture processes. The functionality of creating dependent processes to manage individualized actions was implemented.
  • 2016
    The CASIUS project adds the management of channels, Mail, RRSS, SMS and Chat, adding to the existing rules engine a CRM system to centralize all the information on interactions with customers. The product is implemented in new services, thus proving its high degree of scalability.
  • 2018
    We developed OS-OS (One Step On Sale), an End to End digital process platform that integrates cognitive services based on artificial intelligence, aimed at streamlining the processes carried out by each channel. With a 360º vision of the client, the technology efficiently influenced the online investment processes, sales conversion and Churn.
